Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween! Today Franco and Alessia had a Halloween parade at school, it is so cute even the teachers dress up.

Our newest addition

So last week was a busy one full of Doctor and Homeopath visits that ended up with a trip to Urgent care for more blood work and an Ultrasound, I'm still none the wiser to why I feel the way I do, I'm hoping the results of all the tests this week will give me some answers!

In between all of this we had a school Halloween party on Friday night and we drove down to Ohio to pick up the newest addition to our family.

 Alessia was a witch for the party but decided today for Halloween that she would be a punk ballerina,

 We chose the cheats way out and decorated our pumpkins instead

 We had fun on our road trip, 5 hours of driving with an hours stop at the border, the kids were awesome!!

Whats a trip to the States without a stop at Target, I even managed to snag some Missoni shoes for Alessia, I loved the small carry on case but couldn't bring myself to spend $160 but it was gorgeous, satisfied myself with the shoes instead.

 And here is the newest addition to our family, Levi the miniature english bulldog, we are all besotted with him!!

It's your birthday

Apples and Friday phone dump

We had so much fun at the farm last week but we got a bit carried away with the apple picking, so I helped Alessia to make some apple turnovers to try and use some of them up.

She did a good job, they were yummy!!!

Loving the warm weather

At the weekend the weather was so nice I decided to make the most of it so we headed down to the beach, I love the beach and still dream of moving somewhere where it is always warm and opening up a little surf board shop  but until that happens I make the most of every warm day we get! It was a beautiful day and we just spent time chilling together and collecting sea glass, we picked up Sushi for dinner on the way home, it was a perfect day, there is something so relaxing about being near the lake, it is good for the soul!!!

 Daniele was away with his team and he took Franco with him as he has now become a really good kit man! Franco is in heaven when he is allowed to go with his Dad, he loves his Dad and lives and breathes soccer so he couldn't be happier when he gets to go, especially when it is an overnight trip!

Lorenzo is 2

My baby boy turned 2 today, he was so happy to come down this morning to a room full of balloons and a pile of presents.

 We went to the Farm to celebrate his special day, you can tell he is the 4th child, no elaborate parties for this bubba!

 We picked far more apples than we need, I will be baking apple pies all week

 We had a lovely day at the farm then we came home to our Thanksgiving dinner and Birthday cake
